Youth Opportunities Program
A series of workshops have been held using a project management approach to develop literacy kits for community members. The girls covered aspects of project management including:
- roles and responsibilities
- risk management
- processes of project management
- team work
- communication.
These kits will be trialled by the Mulgabirra girls with primary aged children, and then presented to Western Plains Regional Council and other community organisations.
